Hi friends! My name is Jenny Dempsey and I am your host of The Care Queue, a podcast that features vulnerable and authentic conversations with customer service and experience leaders around taboo topics like mental health, wellbeing and self-care while we’re working in customer facing roles.

In this episode, I am talking with well, myself. My ultimate goal is to have conversations about mental health in the workplace, so I figured if I want to do that, I want to also share my story.
